Collect 10 stamps — your 11th cut is free.
Short and simple. These rules are built into the stamp card system, so they work the same for everyone.

Collecting stamps
- You get one stamp per paid cut, added by your barber in the shop after your cut.
- A card can get at most one stamp every 12 hours.
- New cards start with no stamps.
- If a stamp is added by mistake, your barber can correct it within 30 minutes.
Your reward
- Collect 10 stamps and your 11th cut is free (a free standard haircut). Show your card to your barber on that visit.
- The free cut uses your 10 stamps and starts a new card. The free cut itself doesn’t earn a stamp.
Your card
- One card per mobile number. Your card lives on your phone; you can open it on another phone with your number and 4-digit PIN.
- For security, 5 wrong PINs in a row lock the card for 1 hour.
- Cards with no stamps for 24 months are deleted, along with their stamps. You can delete your card yourself at any time.
